CHES congratulates Dr. Erin Vogel on her appointment to the Scientific Executive Committee (SEC) of The Leakey Foundation. The SEC plays a central role in the Foundation’s scientific mission, with members reviewing grant proposals, advising the Board of Trustees, and guiding educational and outreach initiatives. Dr. Vogel joins a distinguished group of paleoanthropologists, archaeologists, primatologists, and geologists who volunteer their expertise to support research on human evolution. We celebrate this exciting milestone and look forward to the impact she will make in this new leadership position.
