ACADEMIC BIOGRAPHY
I joined the Anthropology department as a M.A. student in 2019 Fall.
I hold a B.A. degree in Anthropology from Stony Brook University. Prior to joining the Rutgers Masters Program in Anthropology, I engaged in several research projects examining the influences of different genotype mutations on the volume and density in endochondral and intramembranous bones in mice.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Modern human osteology, bone modification under microbial disruption
CURRENT PROJECTS
Currently, I'm working on how surgical birth would lead to bone modification, and how microbial restoration will normalize the phenotype. I hope to find the link between developmental changes and microbial disruption.
